At Get A Long Little Doggy Gifts, LLC, your satisfaction means the world to us! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read below for our return and refund policy:

We gladly accept returns on eligible, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
   

Please note: Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our items, custom orders, personalized products, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

To initiate a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
